You awake in a confusing facility. Bright lights and strange noises, beeping, whirring, and something else. A voice, like your own, but somehow different. Escape the lab, uncover twisted secrets, and discover the mystery of your condition. It’ll be challenging, there are plenty of trials and traps along the way, but don’t worry. You’re not alone…

Eclipse is a mind bending puzzle thriller made in collaboration with the University of Canterbury School of Product Design. Retro pixel-art graphics, along with a unique and challenging movement mechanic, ensures this game will be a fun and rewarding play for all. Travel through three distinct puzzle levels, each with a new twist on the mechanics and environment, while unravelling the game’s gripping mystery.

How to Play:

After waking up in this ancient facility, you want to get out! In each level your aim is to reach the exit door while connected to your reflection. You can push boxes, flip switches, stand on pressure plates and jump around to get there! Below are some overall hints for the mechanics, but there is also a guide you can download that guide you through each level, starting with a major hint for each. The guide will contain SPOILERS.

Overall hints:

1. Both the main character and the reflection have an ability unique to them
2. There is one thing that the characters can do together that they cannot apart
3. Sometimes you just need to turn switches off and on again
